ORDERS
How can I book an item?
You can book items directly on our website.
- Find your item, and book your item for the day of your event.
- Fill out the check out information.
- Fill out the payment information.
- Book your item.
- When our team receives your order, we’ll process it on our end. Once we approve the order, you’ll be charged and receive a receipt/ confirmation email.
Is there an order minimum?
There is a $500 minimum to have your order delivered.
There are no order minimums for pick up
How do I make changes to my order?
To request a change, please email us at hello@shindystudio.com
How soon am I charged for my order?
Once we receive and confirm your order, you should be charged in full, within 24 hours.
What is the latest I can place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to delivery or pick up date.

PICK-UP + DELIVERY + RETURNS
Am I able to pick up the items I book myself?
All items available for pick-up are marked with a “Pick-up Eligible” icon
Items should be picked up during business hours.
Pick up times can be chosen at checkout.
When do I need to return the items?
Items should be returned the following business day.
Where do you deliver?
Does Shindy Studio set up my items?
Set-up is not included.
Late Fee/Extension Fee:
A 10% of the hiring cost for every day the products have not returned.
DAMAGES
What happens if I damage an item?
If an item is damaged or broken, you will be invoiced for the cost of replacement value.
The replacement value is different from the rental value, and varies depending on the item.
CANCELATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event date to avoid additional charges.
Do I get a refund for my cancelled order?
We do not offer refunds.
We offer store credit for orders cancelled at least one week before the event date.
Orders cancelled within a week of the event will not receive store credit.
OTHER
Does Shindy Studio offer event planning or styling services?
We offer partial planning and event styling services.
